Associate Director

You will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary project teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic business growth. • Lead and manage the delivery of multi-sector building services projects (commercial, healthcare, education, residential) from concept through to completion
• Oversee the technical quality of Mechanical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships , acting as a key point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage project finances , including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Mentor and support junior engineers , driving team performance, professional development, and a positive working culture
• Contribute to business development , including writing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with Directors on strategic planning, operational improvement, and long-term business goals
• Champion innovation and sustainability within project delivery
