Nous recherchons actuellement un Auditeur Interne Senior (H/F) avec 7 ans d'expérience minimum, en CDI . Le poste est basé sur notre site de Templemars (59), avec des déplacements occasionnels en magasin en France ou vers d’autres sites du groupe Kingfisher, notamment au Royaume-Uni, en Espagne ou en Pologne. Les déplacements peuvent représenter jusqu’à 20 % du temps de travail.

C’est une opportunité passionnante de rejoindre l'équipe d'Audit Interne de Kingfisher et de contribuer concrètement à la performance d’un groupe international de distribution. En tant qu'Auditeur Interne Senior, vous prendrez en charge un portefeuille diversifié de missions, en collaboration avec les équipes du Groupe, afin d'évaluer les risques, de renforcer les dispositifs de contrôle et de contribuer à la performance de l'entreprise. Au-delà de la réalisation de missions d’audit de qualité, vous contribuerez à l'amélioration continue de nos pratiques d'audit en apportant des idées innovantes et de nouvelles perspectives.

Responsabilités

• Evaluer les processus opérationnels, financiers, technologiques et e-commerce afin d’identifier les principaux risques et de définir les travaux d’audit appropriés.
• Réaliser des missions d’audit basées sur les risques, notamment en testant les contrôles opérationnels, financiers, technologiques et e-commerce, afin de fournir une assurance sur l’efficacité des dispositifs de contrôle interne.
• Utiliser l’analyse de données, les outils d’audit et les meilleures pratiques du secteur pour identifier les faiblesses de contrôle et évaluer les risques associés.
• Travailler avec la direction et les équipes de management afin de définir les plans d’action, résoudre les problématiques identifiées et réduire les risques.
• Rédiger des rapports d’audit de qualité à destination du management, de la Direction et des instances de gouvernance.
• Développer des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes, partager et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à l’innovation de la fonction d’Audit Interne.
