Project Manager (Business Analyst) – Enterprise Data Repository

Context : Project Management Assistance for the Development of a Business Contact Data Repository. Experience: Minimum 3 years. The project involves developing a business contact data repository. This repository will identify the appropriate contact person within the company or the third-party reporting entity. This is a cross-functional project with a complex ecosystem. The ideal consultant will demonstrate a strong interest in understanding business challenges, possess analytical skills, and be proactive in proposing solutions.MISSIONS Project Management Support • Assist the project manager in the operational monitoring of the project; • Contribute to the planning and monitoring of actions; • Prepare management tools and progress reports; • Identify risks, alerts and points of vigilance.Recipe preparation and execution • Analyze Requirements Expressions and Detailed Functional Specifications; • Define recipe strategies; • Define the data sets required for testing; • Write test cases and scenarios; • Qualify and analyze detected anomalies; • Propose corrective solutions in conjunction with project teams; • Ensure follow-up on the correction of anomalies.Contribution to the expression of needs • Participate in the identification and analysis of business needs; • Gather, challenge and deepen the expressed needs; • Write the Expressions of Need; • Contribute to the validation of the Expressions of Need and the Detailed Functional Specifications; • Ensure the consistency of the needs with the objectives of the project.Coordination • Coordination with different teams from the DPR and the DSI.Technical and organizational skills • Proficiency in project management methods and methodologies: Agile, V-model, Prince2, PMP; • Proficiency in office and collaborative tools: advanced Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint; • Ability to manage and carry out several tasks in parallel.Skills and interpersonal qualities • Excellent written and oral communication: summarizing and simplifying; • Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams; • Diplomacy and stakeholder management; • Sense of service and internal customer orientation.Analytical skills and qualities • Analysis of data and indicators to anticipate risks; • Ability to produce strategic recommendations; • Critical thinking and rigor in validating deliverables.Application: CV + cover letter + copies of diplomas to be sent to in 2008, Kéoni Consulting is an IT consulting and engineering firm specializing in the banking, financial markets, insurance, and industrial sectors.
