Education/Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience and/or equivalent experience in HR/administrative roles.
• Knowledge of HR and ER processes and Trust policies.
• CIPD Level 3/working towards or equivalent experience.

Desirable criteria

• Knowledge of employment law
• CIPD Level 5 working towards or equivalent experience

Experience

Essential criteria

• Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles.
• Experience in organising meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience of accurate data entry into databases, spreadsheets and/or other IT Systems and business applications used in the office environment

Desirable criteria

• Experience in large HR environment.

Skills and Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Ability to exercise judgement within policy frameworks and elevate appropriately
• Competent with IT, including MS Office and HR databases and standard Keyboard Skills.

Desirable criteria

• Awareness of HR best practice.
• Experience preparing reports or dashboards
