Remote CNA - Compassionate Home Care Assistant

Absolute Best Care Home Solutions is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Salisbury, MD. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to supervising nursing staff
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland
• Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
