Location: Aztec West, Bristol (BS32 4UB)

Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible)

Salary: £33,600-£42,400 (pro rata 30 hours) + potential bonus

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Growth Manager to help grow hospital activity through surgeon acquisition, lead generation, referral partnerships, and marketing performance.

This is a results-focused role where you'll identify and attract consultant surgeons, develop new business opportunities, generate high-quality patient enquiries, and manage the commercial pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and develop relationships with consultant surgeons and specialists.

Generate patient leads through digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.

Build referral networks with healthcare professionals and businesses.

Manage and track leads through the CRM system.

Monitor lead conversion, marketing performance, and ROI.

Identify new services and commercial growth opportunities.

Produce regular reports on business development activity and results.

About You

Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment, marketing, or commercial growth.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Experience generating leads through digital and social media channels.

Commercially minded, target-driven, and highly organised.

Healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or private medical sector experience is highly desirable.Benefits
