QualityMetric / Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) IQVIA is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of its Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) solutions, services, and technology platforms. This role is responsible for selling end‑to‑end offerings to pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device companies, and CROs, while building strong, long‑term client relationships.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract execution and post‑sales support, within an assigned territory
• Conduct daily proactive prospecting using established outbound campaigns and business development initiatives
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, booking, and productivity targets
• Attain daily, weekly, and quarterly performance metrics
• Build consultative, long‑term client relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
• Educate prospects and customers on IQVIA’s value proposition, solution portfolio, and competitive strengths
• Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Operations, Product, and Delivery to ensure successful outcomes
