Vehicle Technician – Egham

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to join a busy fleet workshop in Egham. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have strong servicing and repair experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. LCV experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Service, maintain and repair a varied fleet of cars and light commercial vehicles Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults Carry out vehicle inspections and MOT preparation work Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults efficiently Ensure vehicles remain safe, roadworthy and legally compliant Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately Maintain high repair standards while minimising vehicle downtime Vehicle Technician Requirements

This is a fleet-based position without retail sales targets or customer-facing pressure, offering day shifts and extensive technical development through an IMI-accredited training centre. Training includes Hybrid and Electric Vehicles, tail lifts, braking systems and vehicle electrics.
