Clinical Role Overview
Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cancer Support Worker to join the Skin Cancer Team and help coordinate patient pathways from diagnosis through post-treatment. The role requires strong organisational skills, discretion and effective communication with clinicians, patients and families.
The post holder will provide administrative support, signpost patients to support services, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered pathway within an NHS foundation trust.
