The Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication, and mobility.
• Monitor health and wellbeing.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to customers.
• Encourage customer independence.
• Accompany customers to appointments and social outings.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families.

What we look for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to learn and develop within a supportive team.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided!
• Must be a local UK resident (We are only able to consider applicants who currently have the unrestricted right to work in the UK)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
