Your work will help strengthen the governance, resilience, and continuous evolution of BCG's global Information Security program, enabling the firm to effectively manage risk while supporting innovation and business growth. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Information Security, Risk and IT to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives. You'll balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term program evolution, helping shape scalable processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and advance BCG's global security strategy. Drive program governance, portfolio planning, financial oversight, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple and continuously improve operational processes, frameworks, and standards that strengthen Information Security program delivery.Lead complex Information Security programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against strategic priorities.Partner with senior stakeholders across Information Security, Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, and IT to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive successful outcomes.Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and resource planning while adapting to evolving business priorities.Prepare and present monthly program reports and executive-ready dashboards for senior stakeholders, providing clear insights into program performance, risks, and key milestones
