Job Description

What you'll do

We are looking for a compassionate care professional to provide 24-hour support as part of a clinically trained team, delivering person‑centred care for an individual with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor all clinical care, including tracheostomy care, suctioning, PEG feeding, bowel and bladder management, medication, and moving and handling
• Recognise and respond to autonomic dysreflexia
• Support non‑verbal communication using a spelling system

About the Individual

• Lives with tetraplegia and requires full clinical support
• Communicates non‑verbally
• Enjoys watching TV, using exercise pedals, and family visits

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse‑led training.
