La figura pianificherà ambito, fasi, milestone e deliverable, manterrà il cronoprogramma e gestirà dipendenze, rischi e cambiamenti, interfacciandosi con tutte le funzioni interne e con i clienti enterprise per garantire qualità e continuità di servizio.
