Italian Customer Support Expert — Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation Support)

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Support: Resolve a wide range of customer queries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring fast and effective first-contact resolution.
• Fraud & Disputes: Handle complex cases with care, including fraud investigations, dispute resolutions, and chargebacks.
• Customer Advocacy: Identify and assist vulnerable customers, tailoring your approach and escalating when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert, coach teammates, and help continuously improve processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent/C2 level in Italian and strong proficiency in English.

Compensation & Financial Package

• Total Gross Cash Compensation:
• With Company Apartment: 1,059.34 € / month (includes base salary, meal allowance, and split holiday/Christmas bonuses).
• Without Company Apartment: 1,391.83 € / month (includes a higher base salary to support independent housing).
• Meal Allowance: 7 € per day (:154 €/month) loaded onto a dedicated debit card for restaurants and supermarkets.
• Bonuses: Holiday and Christmas allowances are split and paid out monthly as a percentage on top of your base salary.

Working Conditions & Training

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts within a 24/7 window (8-hour workdays plus a 1-hour lunch break).
• Paid Training: A comprehensive 12-day intensive training program (8 hours/day) is provided to get you fully equipped. Training days are proportionally compensated (daily allowance of 18.56 € / weekly allowance of 92.80 €) prior to signing your full employment contract.
