Saft recherche un superviseur de production IAT au sein de la Direction IAT Cell Development, rattaché au Responsable Opérations & Infrastructures R&D. Vous supervisez la production en horaires décalés et organisez les moyens pour atteindre les objectifs, tout en garantissant sécurité et qualité.
Vous encadrez des équipes, animez les indicateurs et assurez la communication avec les services supports et les clients internes/externes, dans un cadre Lean et amélioration continue.
