Salary: £32,304 - £35,305 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a supportive children’s home team in Waterlooville. This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment for children and young people with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Children's Residential Support Worker based in Waterlooville, your daily duties will include:

• Providing consistent, child-centred support that promotes safety, stability, and emotional wellbeing
• Supporting daily routines, boundaries, and positive behaviour strategies in line with care plans
• Building trusted relationships and acting as a positive role model, encouraging independence and life skills

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful as a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• A compassionate, resilient, and flexible approach with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts (including sleep-ins) to support a 24-hour care environment
