Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.We are looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.**When you will be working:*** **Days and Waking Nights available*** **Full time or part time available*** *In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
