Clinical Role Overview
Arrows Group Professional Limited is seeking a Tech Lead to drive delivery of complex .NET and Java platforms in London. You will own architecture, delivery and production readiness while mentoring engineers.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team, build backend systems in .NET or Java with frontend in JavaScript/TypeScript, and take DevOps ownership including CI/CD and IaC. Salary up to £110k.
