Clinical Role Overview
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Practice Development Midwife to provide clinical leadership, education and professional support to drive learning and safe, high‑quality patient care across the Trust.
The post holder will work with education leads and senior midwives to identify learning needs, lead on practice education, and support wellbeing and professional development of learners, while contributing to service improvement.
