Clinical Role Overview
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a health and fitness services professional to plan, develop and provide activities in group settings or with individual patients. You will establish service guidelines and support patients to link with community fitness opportunities.
You will work with a defined caseload to assess physical fitness needs, provide evidence-based 1:1 and group interventions, use risk assessment tools, and monitor outcomes to adapt programmes as needed.
