The Deputy Nurse Manager will work closely with the Home Manager, providing confident clinical leadership and supporting nursing and care teams to sustain high standards.
The role covers residential, nursing and dementia care, overseeing care plans, risk assessments, medication management and governance. DBS, right to work in the UK, and NMC checks are required.
