Clinical Negligence Lawyer - Buckinghamshire

You join a well-established regional firm’s Clinical Negligence Department to manage or heavily assist a clinical negligence caseload from inception to conclusion. You will stay current with caselaw and changes in fixed costs and the pre-action protocol for cases under 25k. Experience in personal injury is desirable but not essential, as is a collaborative, supportive culture. • Manage or heavily assist with clinical negligence caseload from inception to conclusion
• Operate across all stages of cases with attention to current caselaw and procedural changes
• Apply knowledge of fixed costs and pre-action protocol for cases under 25k
• Collaborate with the team to support department expansion
• Assist or handle personal injury claims as desirable but not essential

• Minimum 3 years' PQE
• Up-to-date with current caselaw and fixed costs/pre-action protocol for under 25k
• Experience in clinical negligence essential
• Personal injury experience desirable but not required
