An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join a supportive and growing legal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a supervised caseload
• Assist senior solicitors with complex clinical negligence matters
• Liaise with clients and medical experts
• Undertake legal research
• Prepare documentation
• Support cases through pre- and post-issue procedures

Key Requirements

• Law-related degree, graduate qualification or relevant professional training
• Previous legal experience, ideally within clinical negligence
• Strong research, analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent written communication and client care skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
• A proactive approach and willingness to work under supervision
