Clinical Role Overview
Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Interim Senior Reward Lead to shape reward frameworks across pay, grading, job evaluation, benefits, market benchmarking and equal pay within a large council. The role is temporary for 3 months, full-time, with hybrid working in Chelmsford and 1 day on site per week.
You will provide expert advice to senior leaders, trade unions and external partners to ensure fair, compliant and financially sustainable reward practices.
