Are you an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity within a beautiful nursery setting? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a lovely nursery based in the Lewisham/Lee area, offering a fantastic salary of £45,000-£47,000 per annum.

As Nursery Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding are consistently maintained. You will lead, support and inspire your team, creating a positive working environment where both staff and children can thrive.

The Role:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
• Salary between £45,000 and £47,000 per annum.
• Based in the Lewisham/Lee area.
• Leading the daily operations of a beautiful nursery setting.
• Managing, motivating and developing a team of early years professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding requirements and Ofsted standards.
• Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Building strong relationships with parents, families and the wider community.
• Overseeing staff performance, rotas, recruitment and professional development.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the nursery.

What We Are Looking For:

The successful Nursery Manager will have previous nursery management experience and a genuine passion for providing outstanding early years education. You will be a confident leader who can motivate a team, manage the day-to-day demands of a nursery and ensure children receive the very best start in life.

You should have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures and Ofsted requirements, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, build positive relationships with parents and staff, and create a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.

Experience managing a nursery team, maintaining occupancy levels and overseeing operational responsibilities would be highly beneficial.
