Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager - Remote - up to £75,000 per annum

Build a commercial function from the ground up, with a seat on the leadership team and a salary of up to £75,000 plus a yearly bonus.

As Commercial Manager, you’ll set the plan, the process and the pace for a brand new department.

This is a fully remote role based anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to head office in Lincolnshire and customer visits across Europe.

As a Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Owning and delivering the commercial plan, turning strategy into clear priorities, targets and forecasts

Building a structured sales pipeline from first contact through to close and handover

Winning new business across regulated markets in the UK and Europe

Growing existing accounts through renewals, pricing reviews and upsell opportunities

Setting up the CRM, reporting and sales processes that make growth repeatable

Representing the business at customer meetings, industry events and leadership level

As a Commercial Manager, your experience will include:

A strong commercial sales or business development background in a B2B environment

Experience in IT, software or technology sales preferred, though training is available

A track record of building pipelines, forecasting and reporting through a CRM

Confidence managing your own workload and making decisions independently

The ambition to step up into a role with real ownership

Pharmaceutical experience is not essential
