This Band 5 role based at Weymouth Community Hospital covers Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester, Bridport and surrounding areas, delivering a community clinical service with support from Band 6 and 7 therapists.
The post offers CPD opportunities, supervision, flexible working including a hybrid model, and potential collaboration with the Dorset Stroke and Neuro SLT team.
