Senior Account Executive, Germany

Allianz is a customer; Swisscom and the Kantonsspital Winterthur are German-speaking references. Here every US cloud conversation ends at the CLOUD Act, which is ground we win. You open the market end to end, reporting to the COO.

Why we win.

• The most advanced analytics layer in the Voice of the Customer market.
• Swiss, no US parent. EU or Swiss cloud, private cloud or the customer's own data centre.
• Against Medallia and Qualtrics: a flat fee, data in Europe, auditable analysis.

You will.

• Own the full cycle, from first call to signature.
• Enterprise deals of €40,000 to €200,000 a year, six to twelve months, with CX, IT, procurement and data protection at the table.
• Prove value with our solutions engineer. Grow what you win with customer success.
• Keep the pipeline clean and the forecast honest.

You bring.

• Five or more years winning new enterprise software customers in Germany and Austria.
• HubSpot, lemlist and AI tools in your daily work.
• Native or near-native German, and working English.
• A plus: CX, VoC, analytics or contact centre; telecoms, utilities, insurance, manufacturing or public sector.

Pay.

• Base: €40,000 to €80,000 (by location and experience)
• Variable at target: €80,000 (same for every AE)
• On target: €120,000 to €160,000 (at the €400,000 quota, no cap)
• Commission: 20% of new ARR to quota, 26% to €520,000, 32% beyond, from the first euro.
• First six months: An extra €2,000 a month, advanced against commission, never repaid.
• Employment: Employer of record or contractor, as we have no German entity yet.
