We are partnering with a prestigious Italian luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Client Advisor for its Milan boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized luxury experience to local and international clientele.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling and clienteling.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio, utilizing CRM tools and proactive outreach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve commercial objectives and maintain high service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Fluent Russian, English and Italian.
• Proven sales track record and strong clienteling skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Polished appearance, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
