Provide 1st line IT support to end users across laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesSupport Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)Assist with user account setup and access (Active Directory / Azure AD)Set up and configure new user devicesLog, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely mannerEscalate more complex issues when requiredDeliver clear, professional, and user-friendly communication

Skills/Must have

Previous experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support roleStrong customer-facing and communication skillsBasic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365Hardware support and troubleshooting
