Haematology Cancer CNS - MDT Leader & Patient Advocate
Clinical Role Overview
Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Cancer Nurse Specialist (Haematology) to support patients and families from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. The CNS will use advanced communication and psychological skills to assess distress and coordinate onward referrals as needed.
The post provides education and specialist advice to patients, carers and staff, acts as a key MDT resource, and drives person-centred care within the cancer pathway.
