HGV 2 Driver

Class 2 Driver – Monday to Friday

£17 - £22 ph

0400am - 0700am starts

We are currently looking for experienced Class 2 Drivers to join our team.

This is a Monday to Friday role with start times between 4:00am and 7:00am. During this period, you will also be required to work every other Saturday, which will be paid at the overtime rate.

Pay rates:

• £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday
• £22.00 per hour on Saturdays

The role will involve completing approximately 4–10 drops per day, depending on the area and route you are covering.

As

you will be dealing directly with customers, we are looking for drivers who are professional, approachable and confident providing a high level of customer service.

Your duties will include completing deliveries safely and efficiently, obtaining customer signatures, completing and managing delivery paperwork correctly, and ensuring all company procedures are followed.

You will also be expected to comply fully with Drivers’ Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive

requirements and all relevant Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements

• Full UK Class 2 / Category C licence
• Licence held for a minimum of 2 years
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• Previous Class 2 driving experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and professional approach to work
