KERNOW HEALTH is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated experienced Diabetes Nurse to join The Clays Practice team in Roche, St Dennis & Bugle. This diabetes-focused role involves Wednesday plus either Monday or Friday shifts, with no general practice nursing duties.
The Clays Practice operates across three mid-Cornwall sites and values collaborative, patient-centered care. We welcome dedicated nurses who can contribute to quality improvement and develop care for people with diabetes.
