Sales Manager(wind power)

• -Act as commercial interface at customer site
• -Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• -Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's global reach
• -Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• -Achieve company annual sales targets by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecast.
• -Follow up and monitor PO execution, solve issues affecting delivery & payment schedule under HQ support
• -Explore competitor information and give regular inputs to HQ
• -Collect marketing date and forming regular report to HQ

Requirements

• -Bachelor degree in science and engineering, power electronic is plus
• -At least 8 years working experience with industry products in a similar role
• -Power electronic product sales experience is plus
• -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• -Superb leadership ability
• -Ability to travel at least 30%-40% of the time
• -Self-motivated and willing to take a challenge job, able to work independently under pressure with remote support
