We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP surgery team in West Leeds on a long-term basis.

The Role May Include
- Chronic disease management
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Cervical screening
- Wound care and dressings
- Health checks and general treatment room duties
Requirements
- Previous Practice Nurse experience
- NMC registration
- Confident working in a primary care setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
