Senior Digital Strategist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our Strategy and Transformation team and help our mission-led clients make the most out of digital. You'll work across a range of charities and social enterprises, identifying how digital can make a bigger impact - optimising what they're already doing and shaping new digital products and services that change lives for the better.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Dissect client briefs and problems to get to the core of what clients and their users need
• Deliver strategic projects - exploring problem areas and providing clear solutions and recommendations
• Support the Discovery phase of projects through workshops, desk research, data analysis and user research
• Generate insight from qualitative and quantitative user data to inform the design of digital products and services
• Develop digital strategies and roadmaps that support our clients' digital transformation
• Help clients adopt a digital mindset - data-driven, user-focused and open to new technology

What We're Looking For:

Must haves

• Ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify what’s most important and provide a clear, actionable way forward
• Confidence delivering interactive, engaging client workshops and insightful reports and strategies
• Familiarity with digital product development, digital marketing and design thinking techniques
• An analytical mindset but the ability to see the bigger picture
• Curiosity about user behaviour and sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable and minority communities

Nice to haves

• Experience analysing and interpreting data (ideally GA4, GTM, Search Console and similar tools)
• Experience designing or managing services that make a difference
• Ability to advise across a range of technologies including websites, apps, AI and chatbots
• Commercial awareness within the non-profit space – understanding the balance between impact, risk and commercial viability
• Agency experience (or comparable multi-project, multi-client environments) and comfort working at pace with tight budgets
• Passionate about tech for good, and if you haven't worked in the sector yet but it's your bag, we still want to hear from you
