Clinical Role Overview
Weaver Vale Housing Trust is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our Neighbourhood Management Team. Based at Gadbrook Park, Northwich, you will work across Warrington and Cheshire to deliver proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management with a focus on prevention and early intervention.
You will engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, resolve ASB and tenancy issues through collaborative problem solving, and contribute to local Neighbourhood Plans while working
