Clinical Role Overview
NELFT NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Education Mental Health Practitioner to deliver early interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. You will work across schools and healthcare services, under supervision, to promote wellbeing and timely access to support.
You will carry out assessments, develop collaborative plans, deliver guided self-help, and liaise with education staff, families and partners to embed whole-school approaches.
