Employment Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Employment Solicitor to join Palmers’ Employment Team and play a key role in supporting the continued success and growth of the department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected team advising both employers and individuals on a broad range of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, provide high-quality advice to clients and contribute to the ongoing development of client relationships and business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client contact, team collaboration and helping to grow a thriving practice area.

About You

You will be a confident and experienced legal professional with strong technical employment law knowledge, excellent client care skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will have experience of managing your own caseload, demonstrate commercial awareness and possess a proactive approach to client relationship management and business development. You will have excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills, together with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
