Clinical Role Overview
Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Registration Authority (RA) Agent to support the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme across the Trust, ensuring staff have the correct access to NHS systems via Smartcards.
You will process new EPR registrations, issue and maintain NHS Smartcards, verify identity checks, and provide first-line RA support while coordinating with HR, IT, and clinical departments to manage credentialing and access control.
