Mission Objectives : • Identify and qualify high-potential AI use cases. • Evaluate their value, feasibility, risks, and business impacts. • Prioritize use cases and define an implementation roadmap. • Support the adoption of AI uses by the teams. 3. Main Tasks : • Gather business requirements and facilitate use case identification workshops. • Qualify use cases based on value, feasibility, risks, and prerequisites. • Analyze the impacts on processes, skills, and the organization. • Formulate recommendations for governance, security, and adoption. 4. Expected Deliverables : • Catalog of identified AI use cases. • Value/feasibility/risk prioritization matrix. • Impact analysis on business operations, skills, and organization. • AI roadmap and governance recommendations. • Presentation materials for business units and management. 5. Expected Results The mission will provide a prioritized vision of AI opportunities and an operational roadmap for controlled and responsible implementation. 6. Required Skills • Digital transformation, AI, data, and business innovation. • Process analysis, use case scoping, and prioritization. • Data governance, cybersecurity, and responsible AI. • Workshop facilitation, interviewing, and decision-making reporting. • Change management and user support. 7. Required Profile • Experienced consultant in digital transformation, data, AI, or business innovation. • Experience in project scoping, needs analysis, and roadmap development. • Knowledge of public, semi-public, social housing, or housing environments is preferred. • Ability to communicate effectively with business units, IT departments, support functions, and users. • Analytical skills, teaching ability, capacity for synthesis, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. 8. Tools used • Scoping and management: planning, roadmap, action tracking, decision matrix, and risk register. • Workshops and analysis: needs assessment, interview grids, prioritization matrices, process mapping. • Collaboration and reporting: Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, or equivalent. • AI and decision support: generative AI tools, document analysis, and digital assistants, all within a secure environment. • Change management: communication plan, training materials, user guide, and adoption indicators.Please send your CV, cover letter, and copies of your diplomas to
