h3About Yoro /h3 pYoro is building a new financial ecosystem connecting physical gold trading, blockchain technology, and investment opportunities. /p pOur activities span gold trading operations, tokenized assets, investment strategies, and the development of new financial ventures. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Fargo Partnership Operations /h3 ul liManage and strengthen Yoro's strategic relationship with Fargo. /li liOversee end-to-end execution of joint gold trading batches and cycles. /li liCoordinate partners, logistics, payments, documentation, and timelines. /li liMonitor cash flow, cycle profitability, reconciliations, and financial reporting. /li liIdentify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure transparency and accountability across operations. /li /ul h3Strategic Initiatives /h3 ul liSupport the development and execution of Yoro's new business ventures, including: /li liGold processing and refining operations in Uganda. /li liGold-focused treasury company. /li liHedge fund and investment arm. /li liIPO strategy and capital markets initiatives. /li liTranslate strategic opportunities into actionable plans and measurable milestones. /li liCoordinate advisors, partners, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProfessional experience in traditional finance or blockchain/Web3 is essential. /li liExperience in operations, strategic partnerships, finance, or business development. /li liStrong organizational, analytical, and financial skills. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to execute independently. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple complex projects and international stakeholders. /li liFluent English and Italian required.
