Export Sales Operator

We are looking for a driven, proactive candidate to join our Slewing Rings and Ball Bearing Business Unit and play a key role in promoting the wider Gruppo Rima product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting the Sales Manager to nurture existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals and ensure rapid, effective follow-up.
• Spearhead lead generation initiatives and collaborate seamlessly with sales teams across our international subsidiaries.
• Handle order processing and management, with full training provided on our internal ERP and CRM platforms.
• Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and manage post-event outreach.
• Travel internationally for customer visits and events as business needs require.

Who we are looking for

• English working proficiency (B2–C1 level).
• Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to travel internationally, in line with the exhibition calendar and sales network demands.
• Full driving licence (Category B).
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Experience with ERP and CRM software.
• Additional technical background.
• Technical qualification or an interest in industrial and technical products.
• Previous experience in a sales team or back office.
