Clinical Role Overview
Synergy Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly motivated Estimator to join our dynamic commercial team in Dublin. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for modular construction, review drawings and BOMs, and collaborate with design, engineering and procurement to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
The role requires at least 3 years in estimating, preferably in modular/offsite construction, a degree in a related field, and strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
