Clinical Role Overview
Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Health & Social Care Trainer to join the Learning & Development team. The role involves designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes that raise clinical standards across our national care home portfolio, working with operational, quality and learning teams to improve resident care.
The position is field-based with regular travel across the care home network, occasional overnight stays, and some evenings/weekends.
