About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to strategically drive growth in commercial sanitaryware across the London region, focusing on non-domestic projects including offices, schools, healthcare, hospitality, residential developments, and public sector schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing commercial sanitaryware accounts across London.

Identifying and securing new project opportunities within the non-domestic sector.

Supporting tender submissions with accurate pricing, product selection, and commercial input.

Working closely with local merchants to ensure competitive pricing, stock availability, and smooth project delivery.

Coordinating internally to protect margin while remaining competitive.

Tracking project pipelines and reporting on regional performance and opportunities.

Growing market share within key commercial segments.

Negotiating pricing and commercial terms in line with agreed targets.

Requirements / Skills

Proven experience in commercial / non-domestic sanitaryware sales.

Strong understanding of project-based selling and tendering processes.

Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of margins, rebate structures, and project risk.

Confident collaborating with internal merchant teams to align pricing and delivery.

Self-driven and comfortable managing a competitive London territory.

Structured in managing pipelines, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
