Our work enables organizations to accelerate transformation while building resilient infrastructure for future generations.What We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperienceExtensive experience in infrastructure and capital projects, including program management, engineering delivery, construction execution, project controls, or infrastructure transformationProven track record leading large-scale, complex programs, portfolios, or transformation initiativesExperience working with and influencing senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teamsDemonstrated success in business development, proposal leadership, and client relationship managementStrong experience within utilities, energy infrastructure, transmission, distribution, or other asset-intensive industriesSkillsDeep understanding of capital project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operationsExperience with capital project execution systems such as BIM, systems engineering, requirements management, engineering data platforms, or project management solutionsAbility to translate technology and data opportunities into measurable business valueStrong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsCommercial acumen and a results-oriented mindsetFluency in Dutch and EnglishLeadershipProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex and rapidly evolving environmentsStrong coaching, mentoring, and people development capabilitiesAbility to build trusted relationships across all organizational levelsDemonstrated leadership in driving change, innovation, and transformationBonus Points If You HaveExperience working with utilities, transmission system operators, distribution system operators, or other infrastructure-intensive organizationsExpertise in asset standardization, modularization, industrialized delivery models, systems engineering, or BIMA combination of management consulting and industry experienceExperience developing propositions, thought leadership, or market offeringsCertifications relevant to large-scale infrastructure or construction projectsWhat We OfferAt Accenture, our people are our greatest strength. xgiwjmb
