General Practitioner

You join Omnes Healthcare as a General Practitioner to deliver high-quality, person-centred primary care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You will manage patients across all ages, from assessment to ongoing management, using evidence-based practices. The role integrates clinical governance and collaboration with other professionals to ensure safe, accessible care. • Deliver high-quality general medical services to registered patients
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practice
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in line with clinical guidelines
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary primary care team

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• CCT in General Practice (or equivalent / within 6 months of completion)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
