Physical Care Support Worker (Immediate Start) - West Cumbria

What we offer

Standard Day Rate: £13.70 per hour

Enhanced Day Rate: £15.69 per hour

Night Shift Rate: £18.72 per hour

Sleep-In Shifts: Available following day shifts with additional pay

Shifts: 12-hour rotations (10:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 10:00)

Responsibilities

This role is specifically tailored toward physical care support.

You will play a vital role in the daily lives of our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being through the following duties:

Delivering personalized physical and personal care tailored to individual patient needs.

Executing safe manual handling techniques to support mobility.

Managing and overseeing PEG feeding protocols with precision.

Ensuring the prompt and accurate administration of medications.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you bring a high level of clinical proficiency and a heart for caregiving:

Practical experience with PEG feeds, manual handling, and medication administration is required.

Willingness and ability to work consistent 12-hour day or night shift patterns.

Due to the rural nature of the shift locations and anti-social hours, the ability to drive is essential. **Occupational Requirement: We are seeking a female candidate for this position.
