IYO è un gruppo di ristorazione contemporanea di alta gamma con quattro realtà: IYO, IYO Kaiseki, IYO Omakase e IYO Poltu Quatu. Il/la F&B Manager coordina le operations F&B, lavora con il General Manager e guida i Restaurant Manager e Assistant Manager per garantire qualità, servizio eccellente e efficienza.
Nei primi mesi sarà presente sul floor; in seguito si occuperà di definire standard, training e sviluppo dei profili, gestendo KPI, costi e progetti di sviluppo.
